1. Number of positions: 1 - Gender: Male

2. Job Description:

  • Responsibilities at Tien Giang Experimental Farm:

    • Managing and maintaining assets and experimental equipment at the Experimental Farm.

    • Planning activities, dividing and arranging experiments scientifically and rationally.

    • Managing and carrying out the cultivation and care of experimental crops.

  • Product Testing:

    • Proposing research topics for product testing;

    • Compiling outlines, developing testing plans, and directly conducting tests inside and outside the Experimental Farm.

    • Assisting experts and other staff in conducting tests at the Experimental Farm or in the surrounding area.

    • Participating in compiling and writing product and crop databases.

    • Performing other tasks as assigned by the Head of the Biological Research Department and the Director of the Product Research and Development Institute.

3. Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Plant Protection or Agronomy (Master's degree preferred);

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;

  • Management and leadership skills;

  • Broad knowledge of crop cultivation, in-depth knowledge of pesticides and fertilizers;

  • Proficient in pesticide and fertilizer testing methods;

  • Excellent and courteous communication skills;

  • Honest, professional, and able to work under high pressure;

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, and knowledgeable in agricultural English;

  • Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

4. Presentation Language: Vietnamese and/or English

5. Workplace:

Experimental Farm (HAI Product Research and Development Institute), Ward 4, Cai Le Town, Tien Giang Province.
