  1. Number of positions: 10 - Gender: Male or Female

  2. Job Description:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate product development programs, including weekly, monthly, and seasonal promotions such as customer conferences, field workshops, sales seminars, sales consultations, demonstrations, and product samples, as required by the company and branches.

  • Possess agricultural knowledge and confidently share product information with customers.

  • Assess customer needs and product usage trends through regular visits to customers and farmers in coordination with sales staff.

  • Provide after-sales services based on user feedback.

  • Analyze the market and propose new promotional ideas to improve product development.

  • Other tasks as required.

  1. Job Requirements:

a. Education & Experience:

  • University graduate, preferably in Agriculture, Forestry, Business Administration, or Marketing.

  • 1-3 years of experience.

b. Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to present to a large audience.

  • Strong analytical, synthesis, report writing, and argumentation skills.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills for achieving good results.

  • Computer skills: proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to train and mentor others.

c. Other Requirements:

  • High level of initiative, meticulousness, and accuracy in work.

  • Honesty, responsibility, and enthusiasm.

  • Dynamic and creative work.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to work under high pressure.

  • Frequent business trips to provinces.

  2. Salary: Negotiable, based on individual capabilities.
