Position: Trade Marketing Officer

2. Job Description:

• Planning strategies, plans, solutions, and organizing the implementation of the Company's marketing activities;

• Developing and implementing market research programs and proposing solutions to capture market share;

• Developing tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities;

• Advising the Board of Directors on communication, brand identity, and brand development;

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, media agencies, and relevant service providers to support the Company's marketing and communication activities;

• Responsible, together with the Product Manager, for developing appropriate Marketing-Mix policies for each region.

3. Job Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing (preferred) or Plant Protection.

• Over 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a good understanding of the plant protection product market.

• Passionate, perceptive, and dynamic in business.

• Ability to work independently and proactively.

• Ability to handle work pressure.

• Willingness to travel to other provinces frequently as required.
