HAI – Message from the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Board of Management

With a comprehensive restructuring plan and decisive leadership from the Chairman of the Board, the General Director sends a clear message to all employees:

During the company-wide restructuring process, individuals who cannot keep up with the pace of change, fail to meet job requirements, or hinder innovation will be forced to stop and leave the overall operation.

This is a mandatory principle, with no exceptions. A business cannot develop if it is held back by outdated thinking, inertia, or a lack of commitment to action.

The company is built on the resources and discipline of the organization, not on the interests of any individual who considers themselves privileged to stand outside or above the collective efforts of the entire system.

We will only retain those who are willing to change, take responsibility, and act for the common goal. All others will have to make way for more suitable personnel.

The entire system is required to immediately review, adjust, and act decisively in line with the restructuring plan – without hesitation or exception.
