Decision on the Appointment of the Director of the Southern Song Hau Branch

In order to restructure and improve the efficiency of business and production operations throughout HAI Agricultural Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, with the approval of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Company is implementing personnel restructuring, expanding facilities, optimizing costs, and enhancing operational capacity, aiming to establish HAI – Mekong One-Member Limited Liability Company in 2026.

The Company has decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Man – Company Business Director, concurrently serving as Director of the Nam Song Hau Branch, effective from January 26, 2026.
